project management in the construction supervision sector,

ongoing contact with the client and supervision staff,

monitoring the progress of the supervision service,
-
supervision of due performance of supervision contract obligations,
-
Project Portfolio Management,
-
delegation of duties to Project Manager directly responsible for specific supervision contracts,
-
searching for personnel for newly implemented projects,
-
resolving ongoing problems,
-
cooperation with the company's consortium partners,
-
cooperation with Project Managers,
-
reporting and direct cooperation with the Directorate of MGGP in Warsaw.

experience in the role of Operations Officer/Project Manager or similar with construction supervision projects, road/rail works supervision projects for key public clients e.g. CNAIR are welcome,
-
technical education: construction or road construction or finance,
-
experience in managing project teams,
-
experience in recruiting highly qualified engineering personnel,
-
knowledge of MS Office, FIDIC procedures,
-
very good knowledge of English,
-
driving license,
-
availability for domestic and international travel.
