MGGP S.A. as Business Gazelle

In December 2011, for the 12th time, the Editors of Puls Biznesu published their ranking of companies qualified as Business Gazelles – the most dynamically developing Polish enterprises. In 2011, MGGP S.A. was for the first time one of those companies included in that list.

Komunikat Zarządu MGGP SA

Zarząd MGGP SA informuje, że w dniu 13 styczeń 2011r. zapadł wyrok Sądu Okręgowego
w Warszawie w sprawie z powództwa MGGP przeciwko redaktorowi naczelnemu dziennika Gazeta Prawna o zamieszczenie sprostowania i odpowiedzi. Wyrok został uprawomocniony z dniem 11 luty 2011r.

Wyrokiem Sądu redaktor naczelny dziennika Gazeta Prawna zobowiązany został do opublikowania na stronie internetowej portalu Dziennik.pl oraz w dzienniku Gazeta Prawna sprostowań do stwierdzeń zawartych na stronie internetowej portalu Dziennik.pl w artykule autorstwa Pana Leszka Szymowskiego z dnia 12 października 2009r. oraz opublikowania w powyższych mediach odpowiedzi na zagrażające dobrom osobistym strony powodowej stwierdzenia zawarte w tymże artykule.
